AGM and 2 x SGM outcomes

Thank you to the 64 members attending the AGM & SGM on Sunday 23rd November which voted unanimously in favour of amalgamation with the Remuera Bowling Club Inc subject to full settlement of the sale of 273 Remuera Road. A similar SGM at the bowling club agreed the same on 22nd November.

The Annual General Meeting to be held at 273 Remuera Road of the Auckland Bridge Club Incorporated is notified for 4 pm on Sunday 23rd November 2025, followed immediately afterwards by a Special General Meeting to vote on resolutions to amalgamate with the Remuera Bowling Club Incorporated.
